在薄膜繞制機(圖1)上,大型的薄膜卷軸在或正或反地旋轉。在薄膜繞制過程中,機械運動必須通過傳動電動機的控制技術來進行控制。 
要求獲得現有直線和旋轉軸的位置,使用絕對值編碼器可以精確地測量位置(圖2和圖3)。


高質量的繞制過程必須基于高精度的定位,尤其在薄膜厚度極小(6 μm)和高速旋轉(1000 m/min)時,控制要求更為嚴格,以保證薄膜繞制過程和卷軸更換的正常進行。
